This diet plan looks great! But I am not sure about getting all the ingredients for the jade drink. Can I substitute for some green that i can easily get in a grocery store? Please suggest.

  3. Ruth Says:

    Thank you, Shradha!

Of course you can substitute some green from a grocery store—it will not be the same, but greens are good for you! You might like to try fresh greens like some parsley, or a powdered green drink. I selected the jade drink ingredients for their energizing plant protein power. Plants have their own unique properties, and I especially like to mix greens for variety. I tend to make each jade drink a little—or a lot—different, and I like that.

Please let us know what you come up with, and we’re also eager to hear how Our 21 Day Diet works for you! We were immediately astounded how well it works for us. Also, I had some cellulite; it vanished and has not returned.

    Sincerely yours,
    Ruth

  6. Carolyn Says:

Is it possible to get a full list of ingredients…that way I can get everything at once.

  7. Ruth Says:

Hi Carolyn, I don’t have a full list of ingredients – sorry!

In general, it is good to eat a balanced diet with organic fresh whole natural foods that are low in carbohydrates unless they are particularly healthy, for example onions, and avoid/limit foods high in carbohydrates, especially refined carbs, and most especially (neuro)toxins, like artificial flavors/colors/sweeteners.

I wish you success in the way you eat [the meaning of the word ‘diet’] (and also in everything else you do)! Ruth

Hi Carolyn, I revised what I wrote you just a little bit:
